We’ve had the good fortune of working with Whisper TV on multiple projects, primarily advising on music-related legal matters, including the use of compositions and recorded music in advertising and TV broadcasts.
Our work has involved, amongst other things, drafting, negotiating, and advising on composer agreements, talent agreements, session musician contracts, synchronisation licences, and assignment of rights agreements.
